• Practical Decisions: Focus on realistic solutions for traffic congestion, community safety, infrastructure, taxes, City services and responsible growth.
• Responsible Planning: Consider facts, community needs and financial impacts before making important decisions at City Hall.
• Open Communication: Keep residents informed about important City decisions, projects and progress affecting Wards 7 & 8.
• Accountability: Set clear priorities and focus on measurable neighbourhood results rather than simply making promises.
• Accessible Leadership: Remain connected with residents before and after Election Day.
